Hotel and Hostel are public services which provide people’s accommodation with its facilities. People come and stay there for a night or couple of days with their business partner, family, or just by themselves. They come with many reasons such as for business, family events, or holiday. Guests who stay there come from different places with their custom and habit. To build a warm atmosphere among the quests, and also between the quests and the hotel and hostel staffs, rules and regulations are made. In general, the rules and regulations of hotels and hostels are the same in all parts of the country, but still there are specific ones which usually depend on the condition of the hotels and hostels. The rules and regulations are given through different kinds of media such as card, paper, and board or posters. Some of them are being said directly to the quests, some are written in the guests’ room and some are shown in parts of the hotels and hostels.
